Summer Sky

I took this photograph last month whilst travelling around from venue to venue on the Wylye Valley Art Trail. It was a good place to stop and admire the landscape whilst having something to eat. Whilst there, the clouds started to build, the fields darkened, and it felt like a storm was approaching. The sun, however, was strong and eventually broke through the clouds. It was wonderful seeing the sunrays reach down to the surrounding verdant landscape.

    • Thank you Patti! Yes, it can provide a pretty dramatic scene! I didn’t realise I’d used the word ‘whilst’ three times; probably went a bit over the top!
