Summer Sky

I took this photograph last month whilst travelling around from venue to venue on the Wylye Valley Art Trail. It was a good place to stop and admire the landscape whilst having something to eat. Whilst there, the clouds started to build, the fields darkened, and it felt like a storm was approaching. The sun, however, was strong and eventually broke through the clouds. It was wonderful seeing the sunrays reach down to the surrounding verdant landscape.

    1. Thank you Patti! Yes, it can provide a pretty dramatic scene! I didn’t realise I’d used the word ‘whilst’ three times; probably went a bit over the top!
