    1. Thank you Sallyann. I had taken a few photos of daffs over the past week or two but wasn’t happy with them. I thought I’d focus on the leaves in this one as they were a good shape and not floppy 🙂


  1. What a fabulous composition.

    I always used to think that when the daffodils came out, Spring was on its way if not already here.


    1. Many thanks Calvin – I’m pleased you like the composition; I really wanted to show just a hint of the flowers here.

      The daffs were a little late this year: the couple of days where we had sharp frosts and cold temps set them back so the primroses, aconites and snowdrops stole the early Spring show. Interestingly the early flowerers were the low-growing type (must make a note of that).
