Verdant Strip

A seemingly narrow strip of grassland is sandwiched between large open crop fields. I love large open spaces and distant horizons which is one reason why I like the sea. Sometimes, however, the land fulfills the need.

    1. Thank you for your thoughts Lynn. Strange as it may seem but I live in a rural area but I tend to get blocked by aspects of my job and my natural propensity towards intensity.

    1. Thank you Cocomino. In many ways it isn’t a typical English rural landscape. Often fields are chopped up and divided into smaller areas. I like these big fields though!

    1. Thank you David. There is actually a public footpath (right of way) through the middle of this field but I haven’t walked it as yet as I think it wouldn’t feel the same!
