Fuzziness in the Hedgerow

A close-up of ‘Old Man’s Beard’ – or a wild clematis seed head. These plants grow well in hedgerows and look particularly interesting at this time of year as their fuzzy, feathery white seeds and claret red centres look good with various fruits – such as rosehips and various currants.
