Spring Fresh

Spring fresh dogwood leaves conceal a little floret waiting to burst forth.

I planted this dogwood last Spring and it has done really well – surviving last Summer’s drought, several storms, and very strong branch-bending winds. I’ve taken some cuttings and they have taken too. Such a valuable addition to any garden with their resilience and all-year-round interest including bright red Winter stems.
