I walked up to the Barley field again yesterday. I’m drawn to it and feel the need to go there every day. I’d never really looked at a field such as this before; I mean REALLY stopped and looked. It actually reminds me of the sea with its rhythmic waves created by the soft breeze. The restful rustling sound adds to the ambience. I find the sea to be meditative, but not so quick and easy to get to. It’s therefore pretty wonderful that this field is much closer to home.
