Bright red berries on a Hawthorn tree on a bright September day.
The weather has certainly turned since the Equinox; we’ve had low pressure system after low pressure system every day for nearly a week. The rain is very welcome after a mostly dry September but there is a lot more to come this weekend and into next week raising fears of flooding in some areas.
Wonderful for the birds!

Indeed it is! There should be plenty around for them if the weather turns Wintry.

I wish I could experience this in real. I have never seen a berry tree in my life. So, It’s like a dream.

Ah, that’s interesting. It’s enriching to share the different plants, birds and animals which are common to us, through our photographs!
